Episode 73 was a sad one, in fact it was probably the most heart-wrenching episode in this entire Yi San series. For those who drop their tears easily when watching sad scenes, you will guarantee to cry when watching this episode. But what about next week’s episode 74 and 75? Will it be even sadder?
Next week’s story will revolve around Yi San and Dae Su trying their best to save Song Yeon and the love between Song Yeon and Yi San. Others also include Jung Yak Yung’s new policies, the shifting of capital and Queen Jeong Sun’s struggle to topple Yi San.
Queen Jeong Sun and Choi Seok Ju were making the final plans for a rebellion. To cure Song Yeon’s illness, King Jeong Jo searched through all the medical books to find a cure but to no avail. He then asked Song Yeon’s little brother who belonged to a christian group to get him a western doctor. He wanted to use western medical skills to cure Song Yeon. However at the same time, Song Yeon knew that she couldn’t last much longer and requested to the king to draw a portrait him as her last wish. Griping on to a belt that the king gave to her when she was a child, she eventually died in his arms.
Determined to shift his capital, Yi San tries to persuade his officials to agree to his idea of shifting the capital. King Jeong Jo sent his personal guards to eradicate Queen Jeong Sun’s secret base camp. On the other side, Queen Jeong Sun also intends to use her men to disrupt the vision of King Jeong Jo’s personal guards. Who will actually succeed in this battle of wits?

First of all, I’d like to give my special thantk to Mrs.Korea and Myl2 for such and outstanding job of subbing the Yi San story. But for the story, it’s such a painfull ending, Does it have to end like this? It’s such a beautifull story “THE BEST OF THE BEST”. I just wish we could turn back the hand of time and help the King find a cure for his son “THE PRINCE” and his LOVE LADY SUNG, My question is, what happen to the baby she carried befor she died?, I’m a little confused in that part, some said that Seong Young died after she gave birth, some said that she died during childbirth, but when I watched Ep. 74, Seong Young died in the Kings arms at the place where they first met, can someone please tell me where or what happen to the baby?. Thank You.
