Following the 20% break on wednesday, SBS’s “Iljimae” achieved a 23.0% rating on thursday, a new record high for the drama.
The drama has been criticized by viewers for its slow and draggy plot just last week as many wanted to see Lee Joon Ki transform into “Iljimae” soon. Hence, with the story this week finally speeding up, it is no doubt that Iljimae’s rating will go higher than before. A 20.5% rating on wednesday and 23.0% on thursday simply proves this.
Although “Iljimae” is breaking new high, the other dramas showing at the same time slot were not really affected much. MBC’s “Spotlight” and KBS’s “Women of The Sun” remained relatively stable at 10.2% and 9.6% respectively.
The magic number 25 seems to be in sight. Will “Iljimae” break it next week?
I thought that the series is really good. Now I am at part 4 on mmysoju.com and i cant wait to watch it ….I believe so that it was kind of slow at the begin but it was good though..
