Mr Oh (Choi Bul Ahm) left the palace and after handing something to Soon Jong, he accidentally saw a photograph of Soon Jong with “Dae Ryung Sook Soo”. Memories of “Dae Ryung Sook Soo” flowed back to Mr Oh. He then asked Bong Joo (Kwon Oh Joong) to bring Sung-Chan (Kim Rae Won) to him.

Jong Goo (Lee Won Yong) who discovers that Sung-Chan is addicted to gambling, summons him as Sung-Chan had messed up the sacred kitchen of Um Ahm Jung.

Mr Oh was not satisfied at the current selection of seafood and hence ordered Park to go fishing for the ingredients. Mr Oh who also assigns Bong Joo to work at the Japanese Embassy, wanted to help Sung-Chan become a top chef.

Sung-Chan and Bong Joo felt the pressure as Mr Oh decides to organise a cooking competition where the winner of the competition will be the next head of Um Ahm Jung. Min Woo (Won Ki Joon) warned Sung-Chan not to participate in the competition but Sung-Chan ignored his words. In the first round of competition, Sung-Chan had to make a dish out of shark meat and he had no idea how to proceed. Bong Joo was jealous when he saw Joo Hee (Kim So Yeon) together with Sung-Chan.

In the end, Sung-Chan decides to make a dish out of shark gelatin. However during the competition, his assistant made a terrible mistake and the gelatin…
